The Méndez Vigo Boulevard Project was an enhancement to the Méndez Vigo Avenue or PR 693. This project brought transportation access and helps to revitalize the city center and the economic progress to the downtown of Dorado. Carcongroup Eng. is responsible for the coordination of the design and the construction supervision of the project.
